Review what your guests send
Decide what guests sent before it becomes a song or appears on the big screen.
What you will achieve
You choose which guest answers, stories, memories and Song Booth songs are used.
Before you start
- You need to be the organizer, a co-organizer or the stage manager of the event.
- In a confidential event, guests’ names are hidden. Don’t copy their answers into notes or messages.
On the web

Open your event, then go to Questions › Inbox.

The “To decide” list gathers everything waiting for you: Flagged responses, Guest stories, Memory wall and Song Booth songs.

Read each item in full, then choose Approve to use it or Reject to leave it out.

Under “Contributions before generation”, choose “Exclude from generation” for an answer you don’t want in a song. You can include it again until its song starts.

If lyrics are waiting for you, choose “Read the lyrics”.

On the day, also watch Approvals in the live console: new Song Booth songs and wall messages arrive there.
Expected result
The “To decide” list says there is nothing left to decide.
Important
Guests sometimes share very personal things. Only let people you trust review them, and never copy guests’ answers into public notes or messages.
Fix a problem
Problem: A response says “Screening unavailable”.
What to doOur automatic check could not run on it. It does not mean the content is a problem. Read it and decide yourself.
Problem: I rejected a guest’s answer by mistake.
What to doOn the web, open Questions › Inbox and choose “Include in generation” under “Contributions before generation”.
Problem: I can’t reject a response.
What to doIts song has already started, so it can no longer be rejected. Once the song is ready, you can exclude it in Songs.
Problem: An approved photo or song is not on the big screen.
What to doBefore you go live, the big screen only shows a countdown. After that, memories and songs take turns on screen, so wait a few seconds.
