1. Our Commitment
Sonize is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
2. Accessibility Target
Sonize aims for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the level EN 301 549 V3.2.1 references for ICT products and services. This is a target, not a declaration of conformance: Sonize has not yet been through an independent accessibility audit. The gaps we are aware of are listed in section 3. If you find another, please report it to [email protected]. We test each release against the target and fix what we find.
3. Known Limitations
We are transparent about the areas where Sonize does not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:
Some complex admin data grids may still need RTL spacing refinements.
Generated lyrics may not have synchronized timing for all songs.
The web player’s keyboard shortcuts are not yet shown on screen: Space plays or pauses, and the Left and Right arrow keys move 10 seconds back or forward, whenever focus is not in a text field or other control.
4. Remediation Pathway
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Sonize, please write to us at the address below. We commit to acknowledging your message within 14 days and to providing a remediation plan or accessible alternative wherever possible.

5. Feedback & Enforcement
If our reply does not remove the barrier, you can escalate free of charge. In France, refer the matter to the Défenseur des droits: online at defenseurdesdroits.fr, through a délégué in your département, or by post to Défenseur des droits, TSA 90716, 75334 Paris CEDEX 07. You can also report the service to the DGCCRF, the authority that supervises the accessibility of services under the European Accessibility Act, at signal.conso.gouv.fr. If you live in another EU country, contact your national accessibility market-surveillance authority.
