Consumer disputes
After first contacting Sonize, an eligible consumer may refer an unresolved dispute to consumer mediator Médiation Cmfm, postal address 19 avenue d'Italie - 75013 Paris, at https://mediationcmfm.eu/. Consumers retain all mandatory complaint and alternative-dispute rights available in their country. Sonize does not publish links to the former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, which was discontinued in 2025.
