Privacy request without an account

You don’t need a Sonize account to use your privacy rights. If you were a guest at an event, are named in a song or received a gift, ask us here to see, correct or delete personal data about you.

SONIZE SAS is responsible for your personal data. We answer within one month of your request. A complex request can take two more months; if so, we tell you within the first month. You can also write to [email protected]. If you disagree with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Name the event, song or gift, and say what you want us to do. Don’t include passwords or payment-card details.
