Questions before you buy
Should I buy a pack or a plan?
For an occasional song, a pack: its credits never expire. If you make songs every month, Plus costs about €1.60 per song instead of €1.90 with a pack, and unused plan credits carry over, up to 3 months’ worth.
What does a credit buy?
A standard song costs 10 credits. Every other tool shows its cost before you confirm, and non-expiring credits (from packs or gifts) stay until you use them.
What is free?
Making and playing your first song is free, with no card needed, and so is listening to the songs people share. You can also run one event at a time. Everything else uses credits, and every action shows its cost before you confirm.
Can I buy a single song as a gift?
Yes. Make your song first (your first one is free to make), then make it a gift song for €9.99: the download, a gift page with a QR code and a share clip, plus a free karaoke video and music clip when available.
What is an event pass?
A pass covers one event. Guests scan a QR code, answer a few quick questions and each get their own song. The number on the pass is how many guest songs it includes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Credits & plan. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and non-expiring credits (from packs or gifts) stay in your balance.
What if a song fails?
If a song doesn’t finish, its credits are refunded automatically. For anything else, write to [email protected].
Do prices include taxes?
Each price says whether applicable taxes are included. The final total and currency are shown before payment. Eligible businesses can provide a tax ID at checkout.
