Share and review memories on the memory wall

Guests post memories with a photo, a video or a sound. You approve the ones everyone can see.

What you will achieve

Only the memories you approve appear on the wall, on the big screen and in the highlight reel.

Before you start

  • Organizers: decide who will review memories during the event, before the wall is shown on the big screen.
  • Guests: share only memories and files you have the right to show. A photo, audio or video file can be up to 25 MB.

On the web

    As a guest, open Memory wall from your invitation page, write your memory, add a file with Upload media if you like, then choose Submit memory once.

    As a host, open your event, choose On the day, then Wall.

  3. 3

    For each new memory, choose Approve to show it or Reject to keep it out. You can change your choice later.

    Open a photo or a video only to check it. Don’t download or pass on guests’ files.

    To see the highlight reel, open the Memory wall from a guest invitation link and choose View highlight reel. It is not in your Wall panel.

Expected result

Each memory in your Wall panel shows Approved or Rejected, and guests see only the approved ones.

Important

Approved memories can be seen by everyone at the event. Check names, personal details and photos before you approve.

Fix a problem

Problem: A memory doesn’t appear on the wall.

What to doIt is still Pending, or it was Rejected. Only the host can approve it: guests can’t publish their own memory.

Problem: A file won’t upload or open.

What to doUse a photo, audio or video file under 25 MB, check your connection, and try once more without posting the memory twice.

Problem: View highlight reel is missing, or the reel is empty.

What to doThe reel only shows approved memories that have a file. Approve at least one memory with a photo, a video or a sound, then reload the page.
