Export your event and share its recap
After the event, download your files and share a recap with the songs your guests agreed to show.
What you will achieve
You keep your event files and can share a recap page with anyone.
Before you start
- The Recap tab and its exports appear once your event shows Completed.
- Exports can contain guests’ personal details. Keep downloaded files somewhere safe and delete copies you no longer need.
On the web

Open your event and choose Recap.

Read the recap: the songs, the memories from the wall and the event figures.

Choose Open the shareable recap, then tick Allow public recap sharing. The page shows how many contributing guests opted in.

Choose Share recap and copy the link, or send it.

Under Exports, choose Lyrics booklet to print it or download a PDF, or Playlist (M3U) for a music player. Data and specialist exports holds Songs (CSV), Guests (CSV) and, when available, other reports.
Expected result
Your files open in the right app, and anyone with the recap link can see it without signing in.
Important
Exports can contain guests’ personal details, and a public recap can be seen by anyone with the link. Share only what you need.
Fix a problem
Problem: I can’t share the recap.
What to doThe message under Share recap explains why: the event isn’t Completed yet, Allow public recap sharing is off, or the recap is past its Available until date.
Problem: A song or memory is missing from the public recap.
What to doThe public recap only shows what guests agreed to share. A guest who didn’t opt in is not shown there.
Problem: An export fails, or my phone can’t share it.
What to doTry one export at a time. If your phone can’t open the share sheet, open the event on sonize.io in a browser and download it there.
Problem: I need a printed run of show.
What to doPrint it before the event ends. On the web, open On the day, then Big screen, choose Run of show, then choose Print.
