Create an account and verify your email
Sign up with your email address or with Google or Apple, then confirm your email.
What you will achieve
You have a Sonize account that is ready to use.
Before you start
- Use an email address you can open right away. You must be at least 18 to create an account. SONIZE SAS uses your email address and password to create your account, keep it secure and send you the emails it needs.
- If you sign up with Apple, or with Google and a Gmail address, your email is usually confirmed automatically.
On the web

Choose Sign up, then enter your Email and a Password of at least 12 characters.

Tick I am 18 or older, then click Sign up, or click Continue with Google instead. Creating the account means you accept the Terms of Service and the Commercial Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

If Sonize first asks what brings you here, answer or choose Finish later. Sonize then asks you to verify your email.

Open the email from Sonize, click its link, then click Verify this email. The link works for 24 hours.

Back in Sonize, enter a username (3 to 32 letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers or underscores), then click Continue.
Expected result
Sonize confirms that your email is verified. Once your username is chosen, Home opens.
Important
Only open verification links from emails you expected from Sonize, and never forward them to anyone.
Fix a problem
Problem: Sonize says an account already exists for this email.
What to doDon’t create a second account. Choose Sign in, or Reset password if you have forgotten it.
Problem: The verification email hasn’t arrived.
What to doWait a minute and check your spam or promotions folder. Then choose Resend verification email. If the address is wrong, choose Change email.
Problem: The link says it didn’t work.
What to doIt may have expired (after 24 hours) or already been used. Sign in to Sonize, choose Resend verification email, and use only the newest email.
