Getting started
Get back into your account
Reset a forgotten password, or sign in again when a link, the code screen or your session has expired.
What you will achieve
You get back into your account.
Before you start
- Make sure you can open the email inbox of your Sonize account.
- Tip: you can also sign in without your password by asking for a sign-in link by email on the sign-in page.
On the web
- 1
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? Then enter your account email and choose Send reset link.
- 2
Open the newest reset email within 30 minutes and follow its link. Each link works only once.
- 3
Enter a New password of at least 12 characters, type it again in Confirm password, then choose Reset password.
- 4
Choose Sign in and use your new password.
- 5
If two-factor authentication is turned on, enter the code from your authenticator app on the screen that asks for it, or choose Use a recovery code.
Expected result
You see Password updated, and your new password lets you sign in. For your safety, Sonize signs you out on your other devices.
Important
Never share a reset link, a sign-in link, an authenticator code or a recovery code. Only use emails you asked for.
