Create a song in the Song Booth

As a guest, turn a memory into a song during the event, then listen to it once it’s ready.

What you will achieve

You create your song once, then listen to it and keep it if you wish.

Before you start

  • Open the Song Booth from your own invitation link. The first time, you are asked to agree to how your words will be used.

On the web

    On your invitation page, choose Open Song Booth.

    Pick a vibe, then share a memory or story. It becomes the lyrics. Tap an idea under the box if you need a spark, and add a Dedication if you like.

    Choose Next. Sonize suggests a Song title, which you can change.

  4. 4

    Read your words again, then choose Create song once.

  5. 5

    Choose Your Song Booth song to follow it, and press play when it’s ready.

Expected result

Your Song Booth song says the song is ready and it plays. If the organizer checks songs first, it plays once they approve it.

Important

Your words can become lyrics played in front of everyone. Don’t include private or hurtful details about another person.

Fix a problem

Problem: I can’t create a song.

What to doThe page tells you why: the Song Booth isn’t open, the event hasn’t started or is over, or your invitation only lets you listen. You can still listen to the songs already made.

Problem: The Song Booth is full or out of credits.

What to doThe event has used all its songs, or the organizer has no credits left. Only the organizer can add more, so sending your song again won’t help.

Problem: My song is waiting or has failed.

What to doWaiting means the organizer listens to each song before it is played. If it failed, ask the organizer to try again instead of sending the same song twice.

Problem: I want to keep my song after the event.

What to doOpen Your Song Booth song and choose Keep this song. Sign in or create a free account: the song is saved in your gifts.
