Apply a promo code

Enter a promo code on the web before you pay for a credit pack or a plan.

What you will achieve

You pay less for an eligible credit pack or plan.

Before you start

  • Promo codes work only on the web, for credit packs and plans paid by card. They can’t be used for App Store or Google Play purchases. Only someone with billing access can enter one.

On the web

    Open Credits & plan to buy a pack, or Plans to choose a plan.

    Choose Have a promo code?

  3. 3

    Type or paste the code, then choose Apply.

  4. 4

    Check that Sonize shows the code as applied.

  5. 5

    Choose your pack or plan, then check the discount and the total on the secure payment page before you pay.

Expected result

The payment page shows the discount and the lower total before you pay.

Important

Always check the final total on the payment page before you pay. An applied code doesn’t guarantee a discount on every product.

Fix a problem

Problem: Sonize says Invalid promo code.

What to doCheck the spelling. The code may have expired; ask whoever gave it to you for a new one.

Problem: The code is applied, but the payment page shows no discount.

What to doThe code may not cover this pack or plan. Go back without paying and choose another one, or ask for a code that covers it.

Problem: You can’t find the promo code field in the mobile app.

What to doThat’s expected. Promo codes work only on the web.

Problem: You forgot to apply your code.

What to doIf you haven’t paid yet, the secure payment page usually has its own field for a promotion code. A code can’t be added after payment.
