Enter weekly challenges and understand rewards

Each week a new theme is published. Enter a song, vote for other entries, and earn XP, badges and credits.

What you will achieve

You can take part in the weekly challenge and follow your streak, level and badges.

Before you start

  • A challenge goes through these stages: Coming soon, Entries open, Voting open, Results, or Cancelled. Each button only appears during its own stage.
  • To enter, you need a finished Public song that passed moderation, and a public profile. Everyone can see your entry and your public name.

On the web

    Open Rewards in the menu and click the button on the Weekly challenge card. Read the theme, the deadlines and the reward. Click View rules for the details.

    While entries are open, click Create a song for this challenge, or click Enter a song you’ve made and pick one of your songs.

    Tick the box agreeing that your entry and public profile will be visible, then click Enter this song.

    To change your mind before entries close, use Replace entry or Withdraw entry.

    When voting opens, play an entry long enough to unlock your vote, then click Vote for this entry. Your number of votes is limited, and you can’t vote for your own song.

    When the results are out, see the winner and your result. Your XP, badges and streak appear on the Rewards page under Recent activity.

Expected result

Your song appears as your entry, or the screen shows how many votes you have left. After the results, any reward you earned is listed under Recent activity.

Important

Challenge entries are public and checked by moderation. Don’t enter a song that contains private information or material you don’t have the right to publish.

Fix a problem

Problem: My song can’t be entered.

What to doCheck that it is finished, Public and approved by moderation, and that your profile is public. You can only enter while entries are open.

Problem: I can’t vote.

What to doYou can only vote while voting is open. Listen to the entry long enough first and check that you have votes left. To vote for another song, remove one of your votes.

Problem: My streak stopped.

What to doA day counts when you listen to enough of a song, finish a song or create an event. If you miss a day, a protection keeps your streak going if you have one. Two missed days in a row end the streak.
